We made a table reservation for wife's birthday. When we got there we couldn't find a table with our name plaque, it was a few minutes before we were approached and directed to the next free table. It was not reserved, was not very clean, no candle, no salt. It would be nice to come to a nicely prepped table especially that we booked it for special occasion. It was our first visit it would be beneficial to receive some sort of instruction from the staff who sat us down, as to if order by the bar or if we will be served, so we had to find out ourselves. Excellent food and good value. Service was terrific and the early evening offer of three courses was well worth the £12.95 per head with good sized portions. The only thing which spoiled the evening was the proximity of smokers to the doors into the garden as the smell of cigarettes was too much at times.
Lovely place to eat and food is always brilliant , place was let down by a rude member of staff serving behind the bar middle aged blonde lady (not to be confused with the ginger blonde lady with short hair) was rude to myself on both visits to the bar 2 nd was to pay not even a thankyou for my custom
My family and I enjoyed a wonderful meal at this restaurant for my husband's 70th birthday. We were served by a delightful young woman who did an excellent job, especially considering it was her first day on the job.

Booked Via open table but the place was shut when we got there. Don't know if it's closed for good, or a problem with Open table, but probably won't bother to find out.
We had a wonderful time celebrating my dad's 80th birthday at this restaurant. The food and wine were delicious, and the service was excellent as always!
Fantastic food and very accommodating. My husband had a fabulous meal for Father’s Day. Would highly recommend.
I wasn't a fan of table 3, but it was cozy. It wasn't pleasant sitting next to the pillar.
