Absolutely terrible service. After being a customer for a very long time I had noticed a massive decline in standards over the past 18 months especially. There is no consistency from the chefs Sometimes the food has been nice then more often lately it has been very substandard.. There is ALWAYS something missing off home delivery orders too. My last order took about 2 hours to arrive and was completely stone cold and also had half of the order missing. It was totally inedible. I called up and politely asked if I could return it and get a refund. I was told they were very busy and he apologised and said that he would just replace my complete meal if I called another time but couldn’t refund m...
We ordered for the first time from here this weekend. After it arrived we realised two items were missing. We phoned up, they apologised and delivered the missing items within 15 minutes, so sorted it out pretty quickly. The food was quite nice. I’ve had better curries, but I’ve also had much worse. Overall it was quite nice, but I’m unlikely to try the Curry Pot again as missing items doesn’t make a great first impression!!
Order a takeaway from here and booked a time slot. The food after i called them was'an hour late and when I said I wouldn't pay full amount the man on the phone told me to pay full amount or no food. He didn't apologise for lateness and was rude . When I said I wouldn't order from them again he said he didn't care he had plenty of customers and didn't need me.
We had a leaflet put through our door last week so we decided to go and collect so we did. My daughter loved her food that much we had another try last night. We had a delivery food was great nice and hot Would recommend as I don’t normally like take out Indian food but this was lovely

We were a bit disappointed with our food from here, given the reviews. The curries were ok (though a little ghee heavy) but the peshwari naan was poor doughy and smothered in syrup, so a sticky mess. It's back to Delhi Dining Restaurant for our next take away.
I absolutely loved the Lamb curry rice and lentil soup that I ordered at this restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, and well-cooked. I will definitely be ordering it again. Thank you.
Poor customer service as they don't listen to your complaints and they are in a customer service industry. Standard of the food is poor. Keema Nan had no meat in it!
Really fantastic service and amazing food. Delivered on time and the option to increase the spice on dishes is really good.
