First review I’ve ever left of a chip shop, because this shop reminded us of how special a simple pleasure can be. Perfectly cooked chips, freshly sourced amazing fish, tasty homemade condiments and lovely staff. I don’t think we will have a fish and chip experience that comes close for years, or until we come back :
Lovely fresh cooked to order fish and chips, with actual chips not fries. We had a large and medium chips, both were pretty hefty. The service was great. You order from the little side window and collect your food round the corner. The staff were friendly.

The best fish and chips ever! The small portion is definitely enough for a normal appetite. Staff are lovely and friendly and despite a freezing afternoon we enjoyed delicious food on the pier hiding from the gulls! Book a table now
We ordered a large serving of fish and chips, as well as a regular-sized portion. The food was of high quality and the large fish was a generous portion. We would definitely come back again.
Bought a medium chips and oh they were amazing, tastiest chips ever. Could do with more in the box as expensive for amount but despite this we will be back for more
The fish and chips were delicious and the price was very reasonable. I decided to get a small portion, but it was still a nice size. I will definitely return!
