Always liked this micro pub as a stop off when returning from a journey. A great selection of beers and ciders. Sadly marred on our last visit as a dog took priority over paying customers when we asked if we could we have the seat it was sitting on and told no ! Apparently the seat was being saved by the dog for someone that never appeared in the 2 hours we were there!
Nice venue, handily near a station. Quick visit, had two beers, a lush 12% Imperial stout, and a 7% jamy IPA. Well worth a visit. I did note one person on their mobile, and someone brought their grandchild... Somethings that I thought weren't encouraged in the micropub movement... Having said that, these didn't cause any bother this time...
The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of keg and cask beers in various styles, along with cider, wine, and spirits. The atmosphere is laid-back and children are welcome. Kid-friendly features include a variety of board games for everyone to enjoy. Service was exceptional, rated 5, while the atmosphere received a rating of 4.
I recently visited this micropub near Bexleyheath train station, and I had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was great, and they offer beautiful drinks. The staff was very pleasant as well. The restrooms were impressively clean, and there's also the option to sit outside. We will definitely be coming back! Book a table now
large selection of ales, apple and beer. also take away the service so that they can continue their quality to drink home. couples of weeks before we are allowed in us, but they have an area on the front and around the back for drinking excellent service. highly recommended for the ales and apfelwein.
This is a truly exceptional micropub designed in a stunning Art Deco style, featuring an excellent selection of cask beer that is always served in perfect condition. It was awarded Best London Pub of the Year for 2021-2022.
A lovely venue with a wide array of beverages. As a staunch processed larger drinker, it is a nice escape into pastures new.
