This is a lovely, well-maintained pub that embodies the charm of a traditional country establishment. Great atmosphere! The place has a lovely ambiance when it's open. They serve excellent pints, and the friendly gardener adds to the charm. Plus, there’s a fantastic dartboard for some fun!

Very friendly local pub, several real fires going through the colder months and very reasonable prices. A little dated but as a historical building it does add to the charm. Book a table now
The menu is beautiful, but it could benefit from a wider variety of options. While the prices are slightly higher, the service and quality of the food are very good.
Family has been going for years for party's and the staff and management are well manned and price's are fair for beer and fizzy drinks.
