Was recommended this spot for breakfast whilst I waited for my cars MOT. It turned out to be a fantastic recommendation. I had the full English breakfast could probably have had the half but was swayed by the selection. I didn't have to wait too long for it to arrive everything was hot, it did not disappoint. Very friendly staff, you can certainly see that this is a spot where people return time after time but you will be made to feel just as welcome if it is your first visit. Second visit and as we were in the area knew exactly where we wanted to eat. Great place and good prices for a lunch. As usual tremendous service, such pleasant courteous staff really good food. Full English for my husband, toasties for the grandsons and mine a really good tuna jacket potato and salad. We will always visit there if in the vicinity. Full marks all round.

we stopped into the lunch lounge on a stayover in Southampton on Friday, really glad we did as the food was lovely and the girls were really friendly. will definitely make a point of stopping in again when we return to Southampton

the food here is unbelievable! so tasty, so fresh! we always order from here but have popped in a couple times too, all the staff and owner are lovely. prices are great for the portions and quality. highly recommended Book a table now

The dogs drag me in almost every morning for a coffee and treats. Great breakfast and lovely staff.
