Normally I don’t leave reviews like this. But after this experience, I felt the need to. I was excited to finally try out Markham Station as my family members have previously recommended it to me. Our waitress Sarah was rude from the get go. We were told not to laugh at the table. She spilt coffee and orange juice on the table and when we asked for napkins, she rolled her eyes and never brought them to us. Sadly, we had gotten up and left as they did not deserve our patronage.
Great food and service. Unfortunately, the condition of the women’s bathroom was awful. Poop smears on the outside of the toilet bowls, on the floor and the stall walls. Very little room in the stalls to get out, had to squeeze through the door opening so as to not touch any of the poop smeared surfaces. Disgusting!!
Early special wasn’t offered on weekends, but the sign says it’s excluding holidays only. I don’t recall weekends being holidays so you guys need to update signs or better train staff. False advertising legally
They do not know what customer service means. I ordered online, they made an error and brushed me off. I would not recommend it. The guy answering the phone is clueless and rude. Book a table now
Need to do something about the cutlery ?, left naked on the tables, U R expected to use them.
