Went for the New Years Eve party. My friend bought tickets and I paid him. Management or a man with a dress shirt and beard was incredibly rude. My buddy bought the tickets, and sent me one he used already, so that part is on me. However, when the manager was called over he goes how about you have him send a fucking ticket that works and walks away. I am pretty tolerant of most things because I 've been in the service industry and have worked in schools. That being said, swearing multiple times at various customers isn 't the way to manage a business that is supposed to have good service. This review is based on my recent visit for the Lost 80s Live concert. The concert started late (more than 30 min) and between each band, there was at least a 15 min break this led to a later night than expected (as was early seen as the crowds started to thin past the halfway point). I understand the breaks are meant to drive bar revenue; however, there was limited bar staff.Unfortunately for an indoor concert, the acoustics weren't all that great. Why haven 't I gone to this venue until now? I have no good excuse. Was formerly the Foundry, but now in association with Austin 's up in Libertyville on Rt. 137. Seem like the cooperation is working. Was there for Local H and Soul Asylum. Show was great. The venue is in the middle small side. Fairly shallow stage in side, pop up trailer stage in lot just to west of main building. Our show was inside. Went to the New Year's Eve party at the Piazza in Aurora and paid for the VIP experience. I was very disappointed! They oversold for the VIP room because it was so crowded and not enough tables. It took so long to get through the line for the VIP food that we just went downstairs and got the free pizza. They also had an open bar with crappy alcohol! Very low class. I would rather they charge more money and have less people up there, but next year we're going to try a different venue and go somewhere else. Jackie was phenomenal! We came here for the 80s arena rock tribute band. Didn't expect to get such great service!! Comimg from someome who works in the industry, I was very impressed how Jackie handled the volume of people and whipped out those drinks speedy quick. Will definitely be back again!! Great time and great service all around. 12/10, will recommend to a friend!!!
This restaurant is an amazing spot! However, I really don't understand the choice to serve drinks in plastic cups. It feels out of place for such a venue, especially when you have a bar that's three times the size of most. Is serving drinks in paper cups a joke? Given the high rent you must pay each month, I expected a bit more. Let's step it up!
We went to see the Queen cover band! Outstanding performance! Kayla at the bar made our drinks and took our food order. (A table server greeted us after a long while so I went to Kayla for food and drinks)Calamari was tasty and pork nachos were very good! Bathrooms were clean too. Thank you!

Cool venue, the place is huge. Full stage and concert like sound system. Food was good so was the service. If anything you visit just to check it out.
Reminded me of being in Vegas!! Slots didn't pay out this day. Waitress was very friendly Pizza was Hot Good!!
