First of all, please accept this review as constructive criticism. The building is a house converted to a venue. The event center is downstairs and is very small. The workers kept walking throughout the performance crossing in front of us. No where to place my legs with the card table set-up. Management did not place my group at the correct table, and they kept inquiring about the number of our table. Poor service; very unprofessional. The bar was set up in a corner. Drinks were weak. They acted as though this was their first time serving patrons. We ordered simultaneously, and 2 received their food (a pasta dish and hot wings). The food was cold. My retirement party at the Red Door exceeded my expectations! My guests were completely blown away with the elegance and practicality of the venue and the staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Sherell made sure that I was well aware of everything needed (along the way before the event) to make the night special, and that I was prepared for all contingencies. It was truly a night to remember. I’d recommend The Red Door to anyone looking to have their event in a classy venue that is sure to impress loved ones and friends!!
My experience at The Red Door was exceptional. I organized my father's 60th birthday celebration there, and the venue's location was convenient, situated close to highways and accessible for most of our guests. The communication via email and phone was excellent, and I felt reassured every step of the way. On the day of the party, the on-duty manager and security arrived on time, ensuring everything went smoothly. My father had a fantastic time that night. Thank you!
I was searching for a place to host my baby shower when I discovered The Red Door, and my experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The pricing was just right. The venue itself was gorgeous—exactly what I had envisioned. The decor exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, and I had access to everything I needed and more! I will definitely book again in the future. All of my guests loved it too!

We hosted my sister's baby shower at the Red Door and it was absolutely beautiful. They offered a package that was reasonably priced where they did all of the decorations and we were sold. Their staff was courteous and professional from day 1. The facility is very nice and centrally located. There was someone from their staff present the day of our event to ensure things went smoothly. We were very pleased.
The Jazz night at the Red Door is a wonderful place for mature adults to gather. The band is great with each member showcasing their talents. The ambiance is perfect and the staff/servers are pleasant, professional and accommodating from the time you walk in. Security keeps us safe and comfortable inside/ outside. Free parking in the Red Door lot is a added bonus. All around great night out.
I would like to thank all the staff at the Red Door for having us host our daughter's 16th birthday on 01/07/2023 it was a great event and everyone was very professional, Ms. Sherelle. Andrea and the first lady we met at the beginning who showed us around in the beginning, were awesome, I encouraged everyone to check out the location and give your support for your next event.
We had my sister's baby shower here and we truly enjoyed it. The space was great for our intimate shower. The staff is very welcoming and has excellent customer service. The added plus is that it is Black and woman owned! Parking can be a big issue, but the Red Door has a lot of free parking. I would definitely have another event here!

Nice venue with several options. We had our baby shower here. Not a fan of the parking but the staff helped navigate me and other guests.
The owner was very accommodating, even with last-minute requests. It was a fantastic place for events and had plenty of parking.
