I waited over an hour for my order, and there were only two staff members working. I saw one of them taking orders while also handling money, and then going straight to help with the food. Meanwhile, the lady in the kitchen was cooking snacks alongside the fries. When my order finally arrived, I received three burgers and two fries all crammed into a tiny brown bag that was about to burst. My burger was soaked in an excessive amount of sauce, and the bread was already soggy, as if it had been sitting out for hours. I decided to return my food, but when they took back the bag containing my fries, they informed me that they don't offer refunds for fries, even though they accepted the return! I...
A bit disappointing, was in the mood for a good burger. This was not the right choice, tasted old, there was nothing tasty about it and I regret going there ???? Next time will go with the other Red Onion in Pinole or with Nations. Never this one again!!!
The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the shakes are fantastic. My only complaint is that the combo meals actually cost more than ordering the items separately, which doesn't seem right. I think they should reconsider this pricing strategy.
If you're looking for a place where food is prepared without gloves or masks, accompanied by unfriendly service, and you're willing to pay $9 for a large milkshake, then this restaurant might suit you. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.
