Happened by this gem while traveling through the Highlands on a hiking trip! We were first impressed when we were welcomed with our black lab. We travel everywhere with her, but find some places more dog friendly than others. The male waiter (kicking myself for forgetting his name) was fantastic! Took care of Penny, our dog, and us with care. He offered helpful recommendations about he menu and the town that were so appreciated. We started with the fish dip which was super flavorful. I had the lobster bisque and grown up grilled cheese. Yummy on a chilly day. My guy had the shrimp and grits. Both were delicious! My guy makes killer shrimp and grits, so his standards ar pretty high. This vers...

Beautiful day, busy patio. Waited 20 mins for a table and made sure to order as soon as we sat down. Still took another 15 min for a salad, which was good. Service was polite. Worst part was dozens of yellow jackets all over tables, patio area. We killed four without getting stung and fought off another 12. Not necessarily a management problem, but definitely an annoyance.

We ate here over the summer and loved it so much that we decided to stay here this trip. The food, ambience service is all INCREDIBLE. We ate most of the restaurants in town, and the meals here were by far the best. Every dish and cocktail was delicious. Lovely servers and bartenders. Definitely go!!!

the Bride and I had a nice Sunday lunch outside one spectacular fall day. Locally sourced trout was prepared perfectly and her grilled cheese sandwich was also amazing. Our server was humourous and sincere making self deprecating jokes if she missed something. Book a table now

Service was awesome, food was delicious, sitting outdoors was really nice. We had the trout on a goat cheese salad, 3 times during the week. Inside is nice. Reasonably priced.
