This is a great lil food hall located right in College park. You can get some fresh poke, Japanese fusion and boba from Gong Cha. If you plan on ordering ahead use Chow Now as the process was very seamless and food came out on time. I stopped by recently and ordered- pork steamed dumplings, tuna/poke bowl and 3 sushi rolls. If you love sushi definitely order the spicy salmon, tuna and the salmon avocado roll.With the current Chow Now coupon codes all of my food came out under $50 and plenty for 2 people. The Spot Mini is an interesting place. A poke bar, a sushi place, and a Boba tea cafe, operating separately in the same building. Ate here for the first time with another person on a whim and we were both happy with the food and drinks, which were satisfying and reasonably priced, though we did not try anything from the poke bar. Bustling with customers as well, which is always great to see. Two issues were immediately apparent though. First, there was virtually no indication how one is meant to order their food, and with three menus, and one very long counter for three different ordering systems. I usually like the boba from this location, but sometimes they are a little careless when taking orders. I ordered a specific drink and a different one was made, which was quickly corrected. However, I was charged for the original drink that I did not want which happened to be a little more expensive than what I asked for originally. I was not given a refund because the person making drinks insisted that the difference was just a small amount of money, her opinion not mine. This is not the first time that my order has been wrong in some way.
Boba was great, it took 30 minutes for them to make it though. Understaffed or unorganized, not sure which.
