My family and I had easily one of the strangest, most off putting experiences while trying to grab a table for 4. We were told there would be a wait for us, as they had a table of 30 coming in and we all completely understood, as we all either currently work in the service industry, or have in the past. The wait was not the problem at all. The person (manager?? host?? that was greeting people as they entered the restaurant was BEYOND rude and condescending. We had no problem waiting, and we figured there would be no problem in popping up the bar rail to grab a drink as we wait. I ordered the French dip and there was barely any meat or ingredients on it and the bread was literally stale.The flavor was good, but seriously void of any substance. Also, ordered the chips and she brought fries. Ok, I'll eat them. However, they were so very salty. All at the table agreed. The music was lame and too loud. I've always had good experiences in the past, but this definitely fell short. Pork sliders were fine as well as the Naan sandwich. Nothing to write home about. I wish I could post photos for all to see. Totally underwhelming.
Good service, delicious food, lovely atmosphere, and happy vibes!We stopped for dinner and this place we really good although they have very limited vegetarian options but it was good (little pricey though)I had mushroom swarma which was tasty.they have happy hours use it it has its own menu for beverages and food. Vegetarian options: They’ve 2 3 vegetarian options, and many of them are with eggs but they were flexible to take the egg out.They had quick bites like cheese curds or fries and brussels sprouts.
My first time visiting The Winchester. Fabulous place to grab food. Sitting out on the patio was wonderful. Our server was awesome, and the food was some of the best I've had. Absolutely recommend! 10 out of 10 experience.
