We, a group of 5, came to this restaurant with a semi-filled stomach in this restaurant and began here of our meal to order only a few dishes. The order of each element in the menu. Grief Very simple short menu, but every dish is full of surprises, but keeps the traditional Japanese aroma. Each element is made of scratches and ingredients. More importantly, every item is present on each court for a specific reason and every dish is very balanced. Although we were full of our full plate, we could not stop touching other dishes on the menu. This is a Japanese restaurant like no one else. Significantly underestimated at Zomato and I personally believe that it earns one or two chef hat.

First of all, I wanna say that this Japanese restaurant in Battery Point is the best Wanted to have some Japanese food, and man, who had known we could find some hidden gem We read the review before coming here (that said a Japanese friend of someone recommened this place . Off we went and we truly loved it. Food was amazing, not to forget about the hospitality from the staff. The restaurant itself was tiny but the decorations were very Japanese-styled (oh the neko/cat cushions were so cute aww . The top 3 food we would love to recommend: Squid Karaage, Sukiyaki, and Nasu Dengaku. (Black sesame ice cream was also . Best eat in Hobart!!! xx Definitely recommend this place. 10/10!!

Visit Sydney with the girlfriend and thought to give a shot to this Japanese place as I long as I asian asian, and from the first bite to the last, it was extremely difficult to wipe the smile of our faces. The best Japanese restaurant I was in Australia. Great service and timing and order of dish arrival based on what your order is masterful. An additional bonus is the amazing selection of sake. All of the hometown of Saga, this ore of the highest quality, from the Hometown of Saga. If you locally or visit with a nice taste for authentic Japanese, give this place to go and you will not be disappointed;)

Extremely disappointed. Booked in May for late June. Sexiert 'BEC' three times to confirm that my fiance, the fructose is intolerant, could eat there. Was sent by e-mail "It only means that you can prepare in the morning when you prepare you, etc. without garlic / onion for you!" ... so everything good! Even got a call at 4 pm on the day you confirm your allergies. But when we arrived, we found out that no certificates had been made for them at all. I had to go at the end ... Massive waste of time. Oh, and after 40 minutes there it was ... not yet our drinks received. Book a table now

It is a small place with simple fittings, but do not set up the restaurant according to his appearance. The service was pretty good, although there were only 2 servers. The menu was small, but there was a special menu bar. We ordered the articles on special and they were delicious, especially the Goma Tofu, who was not normally tofu. It was made of sesame and the texture was a bit gelatinear and shaky.

This place deserves a much higher rating, every plate was spectacular. The closest quality of Japanese food I had, this was in Japan. This place is phenomenal and evaluate it to try their hot Arugawa will. It is the smooth ways I've ever tasted. Next time I'm in Hobart, is definitely coming back! Also Tetsuya of Tetsuya's in Sydney ate last month, so that says something.

Cheap and cheerful, neatly positioned on the main resistance, three offered three a simple and relaxed atmosphere and the menu - typical of an authentic Japanese experience, felt like I was back in Osaka! I tried the Saki and Tempura, which was delicious. Large beer list. Recommend a casual night.
