On July 7, 2017 stopped at the Tim Horton in Mattawa for coffee for the use of their washroom.I could not believe that I was in a Tim Horton coffee shop. This is the first time that I have such an experience at one of their coffee shop.It was dirty and with a very strong odour of urine. I could not get out of there fast enough but felt I had to express my point of view because this is not reflective of all the other Tim Horton's coffee shop. Very disappointed!,
So this place is busy so have that in your head but it’s the only Tim Hortons for a bit so it’s going to be busy. Otherwise the people have been friendly and hard working to get the order’s completed as quick as they can. I always plan for 15 minutes when stopping and that way I know what I’m getting.
I received excellent service during my visit to this restaurant. The steeped tea was delicious and their 4 cheese bagel was also very tasty.
