I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at Time Ethiopian Cafe And Market. I ordered dinner through DoorDash, but only received part of my order. Since I had already paid, I contacted them to resolve the issue. Their solution was for me to place a new order before they would issue a refund for the missing items. This approach is unacceptable and not what you’d expect from a business trying to compete in the market.
It seems there may be some problems with the owner or management. This is the second time I've received the wrong order, which is completely unacceptable. I strongly encourage improvements in service quality to ensure accurate orders in the future.
This is my top choice for Ethiopian coffee and fresh, warm injera for my son. The staff are exceptionally friendly and inviting. The lentil sambusas are truly delicious! Overall, I would give the food a perfect 5 out of 5.

The bathroom was dirty and had a bad odor. The music was too loud for a café setting, and they didn't follow my food order instructions. However, the food itself is quite tasty for the most part.
The café has a cozy, home-like atmosphere, and the owners are incredibly friendly. Most importantly, the food is fantastic. I really enjoy going there!
