Additionally, I had to wait 20 minutes for my meal. I'm not sure if this place operates on a made-to-order basis, and if that’s the case, I wouldn’t hold it against them since it could mean fresher food. However, I noticed biscuits and chicken sitting under hot lamps, which made me wonder why my order took so long to arrive. The staff at the front didn’t seem fully aware that they offered combo meals. It took two people several minutes just to place my order, even though their menu was clearly displayed everywhere. I even asked if they didn’t serve fried chicken yet. Since this is a new spot, perhaps they hadn’t organized their operations fully, leading to some miscommunication. I did giv...

I stopped by just before closing time and inquired if they could still prepare some chicken tenders. The cashier was incredibly polite and went to check with the cook, who agreed to make them. The chicken was fantastic! The spicy sweet chili sauce was both flavorful and had a nice kick to it. I would definitely return for both the delicious food and the excellent service. It's refreshing to visit a place where the staff is so friendly, especially in today’s world! To the owner: you have a wonderful team working for you, and I hope you recognize their efforts. They represent your business, and I hope they are rewarded for their positive attitude and warm demeanor!

Terrible customer service. I tried to order a 12-piece mixed order (half spicy and half mild), but was initially told that mixing wasn’t allowed. However, once they realized they didn’t have enough spicy pieces, they then offered the half and half option. It seemed more about the staff's convenience than the customer's preferences. I waited 12 minutes for old, greasy fried chicken that had been sitting under a heat lamp and then reheated to an unbearable temperature. The chicken was excessively greasy with an unpleasant aftertaste, and the bones were so brittle they crumbled at the slightest touch. A definite no! Popeyes is less than a mile away. Save your money!

I almost hesitated to visit this place after reading a negative review, but I’m glad I didn’t listen to that person. The chicken sandwich I ordered was incredibly flavorful, boasting a nice spicy kick, and it was tender and juicy. It’s probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! The seasoning had a hint of Old Bay flavor without being overwhelming. I also tried the fried cheese curds, which were a premium side and cost a bit more, but they were delicious as well. Plus, during the grand opening, I received a free bubble tea with my combo—definitely a win! I will certainly be returning for more chicken sandwiches, most likely during the Kung Fu happy hour! I finally had the opportunity to try TKK chicken in the States, but it took some time to locate the place since it shares a shop with two other brands. I ordered chicken thighs, drumsticks, and wings, and I have to say I was disappointed. The flavor and quality were nowhere near the original Taiwanese experience. The thighs and drumsticks were dry both inside and out, with a strange taste. On the other hand, the wings were freshly fried and much better, remaining juicy on the inside. I've seen mixed reviews about this restaurant, which suggests that their food quality is inconsistent. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one.

Today was my first experience dining at this restaurant, and I must say their food is absolutely delicious! I ordered the original crispy chicken deluxe meal along with a Hershey's S'mores shake. The way they prepare their food is impressive; it's not greasy, perfectly fried, and not overly seasoned. If I had to sum it up, I would say it's finger-licking good. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. In my opinion, their prices are comparable to those of Popeyes or Chick-fil-A. The only downside for me is that they don't use plastic lids for their drinks.

I thought it was a nice touch that the meal was served in a bucket, but I was disappointed with the fries—they were a bit soggy and overly greasy. The chicken was fine until I encountered the enormous third piece of meat. I had a leg and a thigh, but the third piece was huge and completely unidentifiable. It was quite off-putting and made me lose my appetite for the rest of the meal. If they offer an option for all wings in the future, I might consider going back to give it another shot, as the flavor was good.

Avoid this place! The chicken was the worst I've ever had, the coleslaw was spoiled, and the fries and mashed potatoes were old and gross. I spent $50 on a family meal, and I might as well have torn up that money! I was too scared to even try the tea after that chicken! Book a table now

The chicken was undercooked and greasy, and the coleslaw tasted like it came from a plastic container! If you're just looking for a drink, that's fine, but I wouldn't recommend the chicken. I’d rather go to Popeyes!
