A hidden gem along the Glebe Point Road, Tom Yum Tum Gang is a no-frills restaurant that penetrates a few gorgeous classic Thai dishes. Their harmonious plate of Pad Thai shrimps (accompanied with a 50 cm pair of chopsticks) uses fresh king shrimp, roasted bean quark and bean cabbage. A special request for a spicial version will reward you with a plate full of Wok Hot or surrounded taste that resembles this streetcard in Bangkok. In other words, your Pad Thai is probably the best in Sydney. Grief

The fried chicken wings are not bad either. Crunchy out and tender and juicy on the inside. You can probably improve it by making them a little longer!
One of my fave thai places in Sydney. Tom Yum Tum Gang is a great place to eat with family and friends. The midday hours on weekdays is also tops! $ 8 a meal without seafood :)

When I came to Sydney for the first time, I made it a goal to try so many Thai restaurants as possible. After months of attempting to place, I still find myself to demand Tom Yum at any other place. I have seriously paid by everywhere on Thai and this place is tops. Always packed with people from a given reason. The prices are great and the portion sizes are generous. Do not be like me and try it 50 different Thai places that look for the perfect search. Go straight to Tom Yum.
Been here regularly over 4-5 years and never been disappointed Always fresh (because so popular food turned over quickly)and cheap.Only negative is eating there too often makes the menu a bit tiring - maybe need occasional specials?Otherwise my pick of sydney thai restaurants.Not pretentious or a hipster wanna-be hangout which focussed more on social media and images than the food.Just good quality cheap fast fresh healthy food.What more would you want?

No matter if you would like to get some fast dinner for take away or would like to dine in with some friends Tom-Yum Tum-Gang is a great place for Thai food. It's packed most of the time, but usually it doesn't take more than 5min to get a table. Alcohol is BYO.
Un des endroits les moins chers sur où nous ayons mangé à Sydney. C'est un peu l'usine si on vient comme nous sous les coups de midi 13h. Les plats sont servis rapidement, l'assiette est hyper copieuse, et c'est surtout hyper bon ! Une adresse que je recommande.
A local favourite and you can see why. It's all at a frenetic pace so don't go if you want a relaxing meal. But if you want value, then it's hard to beat. Great food, not huge portions but fine for a quick lunch. Get in early as queues start soon after 12.
Tom Yum Tum Gang, is our go to place during the week or any time, for a quick and delicious meal. Food is great, service is excellent, staff friendly and very obliging. We go at least once a week for some of the best Thai food you can get in Sydney.

It is my best and only place to eat Thai food. The store is so small and nothing special about the store. But Fooooood is yum and the price is so cheap for what you get. I am your faithful customer and just love you
