Very disappointed in this location off Independence. When I walked in both the employees where in the back and walked out but didn?t say anything. They disputed over who would help me. I wanted their monthly specialty item (Caprese Grilled Cheese) it?s been the same monthly special for over a month now but the girl didn?t know what it was until I pointed out the large sign they have. I paid for my drink and food. The girl made my drink but then had to go to the back to get the guy to make my sandwich and he made it wrong. Neither one of them was very polite and seemed to be upset that I came in and they had to work. When I went back in there was a different employee there but the same girl....
Sadly, this place is going downhill. I never used to have an issue, but the past couple times I ordered delivery, I received less than half of my order. The first time, the manager was super friendly and reimbursed me for my order. This time, the employee said her manager would get back with me tomorrow or whenever she can? it can?t be that difficult to reimburse me for only getting 1/4th of my order. I shouldn?t have to pay $20 for just a sandwich. I used to be a regular at this place and I can say now I won?t be coming back. The owner seems awesome. I hope they figure out their customer service issues.
I've been trying to eat healthier due to high cholesterol, so I decided to give Tropical Smoothie a try, and I was pleasantly surprised by their wide range of options! The staff member who assisted me was friendly and very knowledgeable, helping me choose some fantastic selections. The prices were moderate; it seems like eating out can be pricey no matter where you go these days. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom—one of the best I've seen in a restaurant, and it smelled great! This will definitely be my go-to spot from now on!

I go here a lot. I have changed my review to this. Normally it's good. Today it tastes like sanitizer or cleaner. Got the same Thai wrap I usually do. It's cut where I can't eat it. The wrap part is stale not toasted but stale. The smoothie part was good only reason for the second star .
I love Tropical Smoothie, but this location was kind of disappointing. The staff was not friendly and did not seem to want to be working. The restaurant was also very dirty even though we were the only pair sitting at a table.
The workers here are so nice especially Hannah the manager and the employee I see most often Hannah. I really recommend! Their smoothies are the best.

Stopped for a fruit smoothie on our way home from Branson. It was early in the day, so they were not busy. Store was clean. Smoothie was delicious.
I am incredibly impressed by the professionalism exhibited by the staff. The smoothies were also quite good.
