I had two occasions where we arrived to place an order 30 to 45 minutes before closing time. Each time, the staff seemed to avoid taking our order, and when we finally spoke to someone, they informed us that they had stopped taking orders because they were about to close, even though there was still half an hour left. I tried reaching out to higher management to see if they had instructed the kitchen to close early, but the response I received was unhelpful as it seemed like she had just woken up and couldn't provide any answers. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing.
I stopped by for a quick smoothie while waiting for my haircut next door, but after 25 minutes, I finally received it. There seemed to be a lack of adult supervision, as one girl was working hard while four others were just standing around, joking and chatting. I heard the young lady ask for assistance four times – that was surprising! Perhaps they should consider having some adult supervision to help out.

She should be kept in the back, far far from customers if you want them to return. Uglyfaces and an ugly attitude. Oh but she was verrryyy friendly with her male coworker while they were making my food. Yikes.
The avocado sandwich was essentially just dry toast with a tiny spread of avocado. The dragon fruit smoothie tasted mostly like bananas, and the kale apple salad was warm and almost slimy, as if it had been cooked or heated. It was a terrible experience for my first time at this restaurant.

Fantastic place for lunch! Some of the smoothies feel like a healthy option, but who knows how many carbs are really in them, haha!

The Caesar dressing was overly thin and there was too much of it. The Caribbean wrap ended up being excessively soggy.
I really love this place and enjoy sampling the different smoothies. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming.
