I THINK YOU HAVE DROPPED THE BALL!! If it is not broken don’t try to fix it! We have visited Tuileries quite a few times and raved to our friends and family about how good it is. So we visited mid week, this week, with some relatives, expecting the same top class boutique experience. The rooms are still wonderful and the service was good. We found a half used sachet of coffee in the cupboard. So no morning plunger coffee. THE BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE. Stale toast and jam instead of a gourmet cooked breakfast. Stayed three nights at Tuileries. The suite we stayed in was spacious and warm with a comfortable bed. However the rest of the furnishing was a little spartan. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we learned a lot from David about wine tasting. The location was within walking distance to Rutherglen and ideally placed to visit local wineries and historical sights. We particularly enjoyed the the Federation Museum at Corowa. Rooms: 4
One word: disappointing. The tasting rooms are stark and uninviting. The restaurant is tired and dated. Fake plants decorating the area make it look l tacky. Terrible music choice something must be done about it. Tiles cracked and garden beds not maintained. Food was average. Fish was undercooked. Redeeming features: The cheese board in the wine tasting room was great, as were the wine tasting staff. Oysters were delicious and great value.
We had a great family dinner here. The service staff were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere and interior design were beautifully laid out. For the food, well it was excellent! Everything we ordered tasted amazing. Steak were all cooked to how we ordered and arrived in timely manner. Really have to thank the chef for the exceptional food! Thank you all for amazing dinner

This place is lovely. Room is spacious, elegant but welcoming, spotlessly clean. Thanks to the exceptionally helpful Alex, the night manager, and the wonderful and friendly restaurant staff for organising dinner for us at the last minute. We had my husbands 30th joint with his dads 60th in the Muscat Hall along with live music. Our guests also mingled out in the courtyard as it was such a nice summer night. Jen was so easy to work with and so organised. The food was delicious and everything was done exactly how we envisioned for the party. Great venue, highly recommend! Service: 5
Large comfortable room with a great deck right in the vineyard, could wander the ends of the rows admiring the grapes just forming. The included wine tasting was fun and interesting. All the staff were very helpful, efficient and easy to deal with; they even went out of their way to mail me back a small item I left in the room. Service: 5
Beautifully appointed rooms overlooking the vineyards! Clean, spacious and complementary wine and cheese on arrival! The restaurant, cellar door and courtyard are equally beautiful. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. Service: 5
