walked in as a party of 2, at 2pm on a tuesday.. two children brought us our napkins straws and a few seconds later was our waitress, their mother.. both kids were older but under 10 I'd say.. we order drinks, it's waitress and youngest kid.. drinks come and we get the wrong drinks, we start to place our order and one of the kid comes interrupting while we are trying to order. about 15 minutes later another table is sat with a different waitress, we had to get up and go get our waitress from a booth with her kids to let her know we got rhe wrong drinks.. table that came in 15 minutes after us already got their food amd had ate before she ever came back to refill our drinks..m we never got ou...
My husband and I dined at this Tumbleweed for the first time in November 2012. Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately disappointed by the strong smell of cigarette smoke. Although we were seated in the non-smoking area, the scent lingered throughout our meal. I also noticed smoke drifting near our table from a ceiling light, indicating that the smoke was spreading across the room. On a positive note, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The manager was friendly and engaging during his visit to our table. I would love to return, but I won’t be able to until the smoking issue is addressed. It's disappointing because I want to enjoy a meal without the smell or exposur...
We waited 35 minutes before our drinks arrived, and the parking lot was nearly empty. I asked when they opened, and they said 11:00 AM. We arrived at 3:00 PM on a Saturday. The service was terrible, the food was mediocre, and the atmosphere was just okay.
Very convenient location! We walked over from the Holiday Inn Express. The atmosphere was nice and the bartender was very attentive. My husband had the chicken chimichenga and I had the 10 oz ribeye with veggies and mashed potatoes. Both were delicious!

I walked in but found that there were no employees present. After several minutes, a girl finally arrived but didn't offer an apology. We decided to leave, as she didn't seem to care about the situation. It was a very strange experience.
My wife and I had a very good experience on Saturday evening. The food was very good! It was way better than the last time we were there! It seems to be under new management.. Thanks to the manager and the staff for a very good dinner!
Ordered through DoorDash, received the order on time. However, we ordered guacamole with chips and we had to put it together ourselves. It’s not a big deal but, we expected it to be prepared and ready to eat.
Food is decent. Really depends on the day. Sometimes really good. Sometimes really bad and inedible. Not consistent. Service is mediocre at best most of the time. The place really needs an update.
