We came on a Friday night as a large group of around people, we all ordered the Turkish delight banquet and were not disappointed. Every dish that came out was quick, delicious and we felt very full and satisfied by the end of the...night. The banquet included entrees, turkish pizzas, mains and dessert and apple tea which was fantastic. The restaurant itself is quite old looking but gives a very traditional feel with beautiful cultural items all around to admire. The food was both plentiful and delicious, though the price per person was a bit on the high side at $35. However, there was enough leftover for us to take home for tomorrow's lunch. The only drawbacks of the evening were that, as we were the last customers in the restaurant, the staff began mopping the floor before we had finished. Unfortunately, my brother slipped and injured his back, though the staff were apologetic. Additionally, there was a strong smell of smoke that filled the restaurant, which was quite off-putting.
Despite these incidents, it was still an enjoyable evening overall. I would consider returning, especially to experience the belly dancing performances that I have heard...
Other reviewers have already captured it well. The food was delicious, albeit slightly on the expensive side, but everything was fresh with generous portion sizes. We opted for the mixed entree and mixed grill to share, which was just the right amount of food for the two of us. The service was a bit slow, especially considering the restaurant was not very crowded, and there were empty tables around us that had not been cleared. However, this did not detract from our overall experience. It may be beneficial for the restaurant to hire an additional wait staff member to improve efficiency.
Enjoyed a tasty meal for two and will go back. We arrived later than expected from a movie and the kitchen was preparing the last few desserts as we walked in. Despite this they were happy to serve us and at no point did we feel rushed. After a brief glance at the menu, we ordered the Patates Kõftesi, Manti and Güveç. We throughly enjoyed all three and the private dining experience.

Had the banquet for people. Food was fantastic, service was lacking. Apart from us, one other couple eating so they weren’t run of there feet. This was one of the first Turkish restaurants in Canberra, times look tough for restaurants in Belconnen but...this one deserves to survive. With such fantastic food, lift your service game and you’ll be there again.
Booked at relatively short notice for convenience mostly, we were very impressed. Dinner for four, we had the Turkish banquet and it couldn’t be faulted. A great variety of courses, made from fresh ingredients (even the salad was still crispy), and all were delicious. Modestly...priced made it very good value. We’ll go back soon.
We were totally satisfied with our experience at this restaurant and did not leave hungry. Although the restauant had no windows and was deliberately dark to create an authentic turkish experience I would have preferred a light and breezy atmosphere.
Recently I tried some delicacies at Tukish Delight restaurant based in Belconnen. My fav dish was Gourmet Chicken Pide, which is served along with roasted chicken pieces with mushroom chargrilled egg plant roasted pepper and cheese

Brought my family here to celebrate my Aunty's birthday. Prompt and friendly service, great food selection and the food was fantastic. Plenty of variety and plenty of food to feed people. Everyone had a great night.
Fantastic food! Head down on a Saturday night and you will get a belly dancing show to watch during your meal!!
