Visited here to grab some lunch. As I waited in line to order I watched an employee using tongs to put food into the silver bowls. Not only did she use the tongs for that purpose, she turned the scales off/on with them, dropped them on the floor and recommenced using them for food prep and to top it off put them in her pocket when she put the bowls on the chef table!! Needless to say I walked straight out and won't be back until their food practises change or the lady with blue hair completes health & safety courses!!
first impression...friendly service, clean appearance, professional people serving food. There are a lot of choices which overwhelms a bit when you are there for the first time. The friendly girl was helpful in guiding the choices. I had a large vegetarian take away meal which was still hot after 15 minutes of not opening the noodle box. The meal was plenty and tasty. I will go back to try more
If your looking to switch it up on a time schedule for lunch this place is very good indeed. Easy read menu, chicken noodle box small size was more than enough. Just the right spice, watched them cook it so no surprises. Hot tasty with a drink for $13 back into my meeting well fed. No more burgers and fries in this part of town for me.
We were stood in store trying to decide what to have when we saw a staff member use the same tongs on raw prawns and then pick up cooked chicken!! What the hell?! Bad food hygiene practice and very bad for people with shell fish allergies! Will never go here again!

Whether rice, noodles with any sort of vegetables and meats this is food in a box made fresh and incredibly filling. Reasonably prices. If you choose to eat on the verandah with the lovely trees right on the lake it feels like a 5 star restuarant.
The manager on duty on Monday provided exceptional customer service. She was courteous, friendly, and quite attractive - I wanted to ask for her contact information. I always enjoy dining at this restaurant and consistently place orders to-go.
My Friday night favorite for a quick tasty take away. I never have concerns about the food preparation here (unlike a similar noodle place in Belconnen). friendly service and fresh ingredients make for a great tasting noodle dish
The food was fantastic and the service was fast! The flavors were incredible and the portion sizes were generous. The prices were reasonable too. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Will definitely come back for more!

Flavoursome hot meal. Cooked to order. Served in a noodle box. Around $10-12 a meal. It wasnt too busy. Served quickly but waited around 10 mins for meal.
I ate in and the serve was generous. Polite attentive service. Go the smaller serve unless you are really hungry. Keep up the good work Wokit Up!
