I ordered delivery from Ugly Pizza Caringbah last night, despite living just around the corner from the restaurant. I provided my address when placing the order, but the driver called me 40 minutes later claiming he couldn't find my location. Despite my address being easily accessible on GPS, I had to give him additional directions. After several more calls and attempts to locate me, I eventually had to guide him to my place. The driver suggested I meet him halfway, which defeats the purpose of paying for delivery. Frustrated, I contacted the restaurant for assistance. When the cold pizza finally arrived 20 minutes later, I realized I should have just opted for takeout instead.
My husband and I arrived at Ugly Pizza on a Saturday night at peak hour however the staff were very friendly and helpful amidst the chaos. We ordered their Ugly special pizza which was really nice and thought it would balance with a mixed salad. They have 3 salads..a poached chicken salad, chopped salad with bacon etc and a kimchi salad with potato. We ordered the chopped salad without bacon (pictured) as it was the closest to a green salad. It was drowned in creamy dressing, so thick and gluggy with croutons and a poached egg. So let's just call it a Caesar salad gone wrong. Thank goodness for the very nice pizza and great staff!
Not sure what 'New York style ' pizza means but it was delicious. The pizzas has a thin, charred base with clean tasting toppings. The EPIC supreme of chicken, pepperoni, olives, capsicum, onions, mushrooms pineapple was really flavoursome not heavy and the El Monterrey was so delicious with that chilli pulled beef in chipotle adobo, pico de gallo, serrano peppers sour cream. It was sweet, salty spicy all at the same time. Yum for a takeaway pizza!
Ugly's is always a great choice for pizza! We dined in for dinner and ordered the Peri Peri Chicken, Triple P, Chilli Prawn, Ugly Special, and kids ham and cheese pizzas. Everything was delicious. We also enjoyed some buffalo wings at Huxleys. The staff even offered us pizza boxes for our leftovers. It's a fantastic restaurant for families and groups. The bartender was amazing and helped us find where a beer we liked was brewed and sold.

Hands down, No contest and without question 'The Best ' pizza in The Shire!!!!! The staff are fantastic, very friendly and welcoming!!! If you want truly great pizza with outstanding value then get yourself and your family or friends to Ugly Pizza in Caringbah and i guarantee that you won 't be disappointed!
Loved the pizza here! It's a cool American theme and attached to a secret American bar too! How cool!<br/ We sat at the pizza bar and watched them make the pizza! Very fascinating and impressed how they remember all the recipes! Definitely drooling by the time our pizza came steaming hot out of the oven
The forget about it pizza has been a fave for a long time now, can't go wrong! The Mac and cheese is also incredible though was a little dissapointed they forgot the sauces for our wings and the dessert dough boys- cause they are too dry without that salted caramel!
We had a fantastic experience at this pizza restaurant. The pumpkin and feta arancini and California pizza were both incredibly tasty. The service was also lovely.
