I highly recommend this restaurant! Lisa helped me with my back problems and she is not only the best physiotherapist, but also very kind and compassionate. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, discuss treatment options and exercises that are effective and easy to incorporate into your daily routine. The staff are all friendly and professional, always willing to assist. I have started attending their online reformer Pilates classes during lockdown, led by Lisa and Mary, and also in-person classes with Lisa, Peter, Sam, Chloe, and Leon. They are the best. I've had debilitating pain in my mid back and was pregnant. Lisa has got my pain gone in one session plus 2x that I did exercises at home. So I went from not being able to sit, or walk or anything to pain free in less than 24h. I also joined clinical pilates class and got programme tailored for pregnant women and individualized for me. I love it and continue to go now after my delivery.
