Used to love this place. We used to eat here twice a week. Any member of the staff would recognize me or one of my family members the mome t we hot the door. Unfortunately the food is mediocre and sometimes tasteless, the service now sucks. There are folks who have been seated and leave after waiting a hour to be served.The last time I visited we waiting almost an hour to be serviced. They actually completely forgot to make my wife her food after they brought all of the other dishes. They didn't even put my wife's portion of the order in. the greener are vietnamese and they said, as they could not find anywhere else that has pho, as they want, they decided to make their own pho, which is a great idea. but I wonder if they're the cook? their pho quality is not consistent! Sometimes they have fresh flat and thin nudes that are the right phonse. but most of the time they have not. sometimes the broth is good, but sometimes it is not even though I have ordered a same. I feel like they're just using their names to attract people, but the chef isn't really viet all the time! I also see them in midtown alliance, but when I showed them, they said they don't offer it anymore. I would recommend other places if they do unconsistent thin...
I would give this 0 stars if I could. This is the worst pho I’ve had in my life. We waited over an hour for our pho to come out, this usually takes other restaurants 15-20 min MAX. When our pho came out, the noodles were all clumped up because they had been sitting cold before broth being added. It is a shame because the staff/ cooks are Vietnamese, they definitely know better but still serve this kind of food. When I asked to have the noodles taken care of they just took it back and tried took out all of the clumps, leaving barely noodles and still many clumps. Pics included. Please don’t waste your money here like I did.
The worst food in the world, they served us very poorly, they made us wait up to an hour to get the orden , Three different people served us and they never understood. Apart from that, it already tasted very very bad and they didn't come out charging us in the end and the total we only ordered four dishes almost didn't come out. For $100 which I don't think is unfair for having kicked us out to spend a long time waiting for that It is understandable that one is very busy when it is very full but in this case they were empty and it took this long, it is unfortunately disastrous.

Not so good today. I'm a regular patron but today was a disappointment and not worth the $65 I paid. After waiting by the cash register for 40 minutes, i asked about my order. It had been sitting on the take-out table long enough for the food to be cool. The pho noodles were way under cooked (I had to remove them and add my own) and, honestly, didn't taste home made, as their menu claims. A normally tender and juicy chicken banh mi was burnt to a crisp; dry and chewy. I'm sorry Vietvana I think you were just having a bad day, but I paid full price for the experience.
I have been to this restaurant several times without issue. I took a date there Friday evening and had terrible service accompanied by rude servers. Not sure what happened at this place but I believe there needs to be training on how staff should speak to customers. Im not your bro and your drinks are overpriced and not as described. Pho is always good. After eating here for quite some time and bringing guests with me to experience, I won't be back. Take it for what it's worth, hope others have opposite experience after this review.
LOVE the food especially the tofu banh mi. Ordered take out Friday evening and they were slammed with to go orders. The lobby was full of people and I have to give an excellent review to Ed for handling the stress with grace and a smile. I know how hard it is to find staff to work in food service during this time.
Jesus!!!! I needed this food!!! We WILL be back soon! Everything came out quick! It tasted fresh and authentic. Everyone was pleasant and the place was really clean.
