I'm here twice with the Omni family in hobart. at midday they serve their full menu plus ramen, there is a vegan hermen option that was really yum! they can also get their oldashi tofu vegan (cheese for no bonito flakes) that I have not found anywhere else. I went to dinner a second time and when I asked if a dish was vegan, they brought me a special menu with vegan, veg and gf options that was really helpful. the personal was aware and understood and could offer alternatives to certain arranged. are small and they need a few to make a meal, but it's all delicious and it was super easy to get a delicious dinner without a fuss!
I went to dinner with my omni family and I had a fantastic time. when I tasted the menu for vegan options and asked the standard, this vegan is to waiter while showing for a meal on the menu, she went on to get me her vegetarian menu (which usually has vegan options the waiting workers were very nice and eating that I was served was absolutely amazing. dinner is more of a tapas style thing where they order three or four teller to be full, but it was super amazing. a really nice evening with my family. recommend it if you want a nice social time with friends or family. will definitely go back.
The food, the staff and in particular Laura were amazing!! Despite the mix up with our online booking they were incredibly apologetic and to compensate they gave us complimentary drinks while we waited. It was worth the wait! The service was fantastic and each course was beautifully cooked with the most amazing flavours! It had a wonderful buzz about the place as well. We can’t wait to go back!
Best Japanese food I’ve had outside of Asia. Great service, superb wine recommendation, nice atmosphere. The staggered service of our dishes was perfect. The Wagyu beef tataki was to die for, the sashimi divine, the pickles freshly made, the oysters amazing ... we loved it all. Pity my stomach couldn’t fit more.

this place should not be on happy cow there are only 4 vegan options on the menu plus two more that were not available and while a few of them were relatiw delicious, the others were bland and basic. I would avoid this place unless they have their game.
Absolutely amazing, great atmosphere, staff were all extremely friendly and attentive and don’t even get me started on the food !!!! Sooooo good ! Packed full of flavour, every mouthful was a delight!!!! We’ll be back for sure
