I had a horrible experience with this Waba Grill I ordered on the Waba App a combo plate with extra meat paid almost $20 for it and when I got home and opened it was not the right meal. When I contacted Waba Grill about it they said the would refund me but I needed to speak with manager who is never there.. the manager or assistant manager called me two weeks later and said they would eventually refund my money which never happened its been over two months now. Sadly besides the stingy portions and the bad customer service. I was greatly disappointed on the management. Waba Grill clearly needs better management. I placed a pick-up order and informed them by email when I arrived, but after waiting 10 minutes with no response, I called and got no answer. I had to take my child out of the car seat to find the staff myself. When I finally received my order, I was disappointed—the chicken was very dry, and the steak was overcooked. Considering the quality of the food and the poor service, I won’t be bringing my family back to Waba Grill. The menu deserves better execution.
No actually I went to Jersey Mike's next to it, is Jersey Mike's is okay very nice girl took care of me oh, for some reason I was not speaking right as far as my pronunciation and my knowledge of sandwiches. Let me tell you I know a lot about sandwiches and my Annunciation is superb, but that day I had my mind on other things, anyway she was sweet and nice patient not rude oh, very good place I will go there again
I will choose this place over Flame Broiler anytime, about the same quality of ingredients but Waba has a lot more to choose from. Waba Grill is one of my preferred fast food choices. I always call in my order and usually they have it ready when I get there. They have a pretty good grilled shrimp plate, very tasty for fast food. Nice portions fill you up but not over stuffed either.

Meh. This spot needs better management. I ordered for curbside pick up. Pulled up front and notified my email I was there. Waited 10 minutes, nobody. Called, no answer. So I had to take my kid out the car seat just to walk in and see the dudes in theback playing circle jerk. Got my food and left. Chicken was super dry, steak was over cooked. Last time coming here for myfamily.
I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are appetizing and the crew is generous and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we pass a gorgeous time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
I tried to order dinner for myself and my kids at 8:00, but was told they had run out of white rice. Additionally, the young cashier didn’t know they offered egg drop soup. I found the service to be quite disappointing. In the end, I went to another nearby restaurant that had everything I wanted.
The food at this restaurant was disappointing. The chicken was very dry and tasteless. The brown rice was undercooked and hard, and the broccoli was raw rather than steamed. I would not recommend dining here.
