My first observation: A failed attempt at rivaling Shake Shack. The other half and I gave it a shot and, personally, I found it neither good nor bad. It was simply a meal that I felt was unremarkable. The restaurant has around 10 tables and I found myself wondering where the adult was, as the employee demographic was largely teenage. Don 't get me wrong, they were polite and courteous. We placed our order, grabbed a table, and waited for our food to be brought to us similar to other casual dining spots as of late. I'm confused by the negative reviews because today was my first visit here, and I absolutely loved it! We don't have this chain where I live (NY), but I can honestly say it's far better than Shake Shack or even 5 Guys, in my opinion. The burger was juicy and full of flavor, and the Buffalo chicken tenders tasted like real chicken and had the right texture. The fries were fresh and delicious as well. All three items together cost me about $15, which I think is reasonable, especially since a burger alone at 5 Guys is $10.
This is a new place I tried. I asked a few people while walking to the UPS store, which restaurant I should visit, all stated Wayback Burgers. The staff is friendly and you have a choice on how you want your burger made.I tried my burger it was so delicious. Single patty with pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, jalapeños, Chipotle mayo, and Cajun remoulade sauce.Try it, I think it's better than McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's.
Amazing accommodation, service, and food! Back in December I had family come to town and called in advance hoping to reserve multiple tables. The staff was extremely happy to accommodate us and provided us with amazing customer service and awesome burgers!Definitely going to keep coming back. Thank you!

First time visiting and I was impressed. Amazing fresh burger. From the bun to the toppings, everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant was immaculate with lots of table seating and counter seating near the window. Nice size menu and I'll definitely be back to try other items.Food: 5/5
1st time visiting. I had the big easy burger. It was ok! Not to much to it, tasted bland, fries were good, lol. The brownie milkshake wasn’t that good. Basically just milk and chocolate, w/ a brownie throw in. The service was good tho.Food: 3/5
The food was fantastic! The service was exceptional; I arrived just a few minutes before closing, yet the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I ordered the classic burger, and it was the best burger I’ve ever tasted.

Ordered food via Door Dash more than an hour before closing. Dasher showed up and they cancelled my order. Will never order anything from there again.
Overpriced. They charged $1 for a cup of water, which isn't even a bottle. The burgers were lacking in flavor. I definitely won't be returning.
