The food at this restaurant is inconsistent. I ordered a Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe to take away, and when I got home, I discovered there was no cheese on it. The fries were decent but a bit too salty for my taste. Additionally, the woman taking orders at the register was handling cash and then serving food without washing her hands first. That was quite off-putting! Overall, the staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming at all.
I placed an online order for pickup through the drive-thru, but when I arrived at the meal pickup window, the staff informed me that the procedure for picking up my order hadn't been explained at the ordering window. This caused some inconvenience and impacted the overall efficiency of the experience.
Terrible service, missing utensils, and the wrong order was given. People should really consider avoiding this place. The staff does not seem interested in serving customers; instead, it feels like they are out to ruin your family meals. Be cautious!

Shoutout Alexis at the drive thru for real. I came in having a bad day and he made my night with his overall demeanor.
The people are very friendly, The store manager Anthony was very customer service oriented. The place was very clean.
