We went in but ordered thru the mobile app. We selected dine in. After 7 min, I had to go to the counter to ask about my order. It was there. No one called us or offered to bring it to our table. Better communication is needed.

I decided to give Wendy's another chance, but they shortchanged me on my large fries—the container was only filled halfway. It felt like they must have snacked on them before handing them over!
This is second week in a row where soda selection for customers has been to the point where most selection are empty and have to ask worker for soda and still not all selection

The food is excellent and of high quality. I would rate it 4 out of 5. The service also deserves a 4, while the atmosphere is a bit lacking, so I’d give it a 3.
The staff was friendly, and there was a nice young employee working on Sunday who was very helpful.
