I ordered on the app and had my sister pick it up. She called me and had said they hadn 't given her the chicken nuggets she had ordered. (she didn 't know the whole order since i had placed it, but knew what her stuff was) I called the store and told them that I was missing the nuggets and asked if i could get a refund since i live far away and didn 't want to drive all the way back. She said she couldn 't do a refund over the phone but i could come in to pick it up or get a refund at the store. I said ok that 's fine, i can go back tomorrow. The experience at this restaurant was frustrating and disappointing. There were no employees working during a time when there were five cars in line at the drive-thru. The staff outside seemed more interested in chatting than attending to customers. It appeared that nobody was at the register, which made the situation even more confusing. I even noticed a man wearing baggy pants and dirty underwear near the front counter, which did not set a good impression. The entrance was grimy with fingerprints, and honestly, I felt relieved not to eat there, as it looked just as unkempt inside. "Ghetto" is the best way I can describe the overall atmosphere.
Went through the drive through. No greeting, no smile. Just attitude. Then they tell me pull by the door. 4 cars come behind me, get their food, and leave. They were not behind me when I drove up. I order3 biscuit sandwiches, fries, soda. Not a complex order. I finally see the person come to the door with my order. No smile, no hello, no thank you. She hands me my bag turns around and says nothing with an attitude. I say you 're welcome . She glares at me. I don 't give service workers attitude ever, especially if they 're handling my food. Do better.
One of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to always something with this place, I can't even rate it one star that's how bad. It's been like this for years, Always making you wait forever for fast food and then always forgetting something or messing your order up somehow, recently they never have chili or they're always out of some kind of condiments tomatoes or lettuce or no spicy nuggets I have to travel miles away from my home to get Wendy's which is unbelievable This Wendy's needs to clean house from the manager down.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant! I went in a bit late, so I felt a little guilty for ordering as much as we did, but my order was spot on and everything was incredibly delicious! They also made sure the service was excellent by encouraging us to try different dishes and offering us options if we desired. It’s reassuring to know they genuinely care about the quality of their food!
They are rude. They did not inform me that I needed to wait for my meal. I ordered at the drive-thru. I had to park to wait for my meal. After 10 minutes I had to go inside to ask for my food and manager with a bad attitude said that I needed to wait 12 minutes more for my sandwich. Then she gave a sandwich that I did not order and it was smash.
Service was verry!! Slow employes were confused on orders. No cup lids in dispensor no forks,knives,or spoons out counters were sticky.Employes converseing with family in dining area they were very loud and disruptive .Ketchup packages were covered in ketchup.Over all my visit was a poor experience .
They messed our orders. They had no ketchup. Our lemonades were as warm as chicken soup. They forgot my friend’s honey mustard sauce. They don’t know what they are doing. This place is an insult to the fast food industry.
