this wendy’s was clean and had great fresh eating it was good and hot the service was great that I had kerl waiting for me he was new on the job and did good work waiting for me with a smile and was friendly. I have my order in less than 4 minutes fast. love these I will be back, and a scream out to the wut there she treated an unruly customer really professional and with a smile the guy was an idiot. ?
they are so unprofessional here and never have the food ready. I picked up a mobile job for the ride thru and was told that they came in and when I said I couldn't because I had a sleeping baby, she said well that they had to wait no matter what I don't know what to tell them. this happened several times when you give up a mobile order. not got.
I don't know what's up with that night crew but they serve you whatever they want!!! I order chicken sandwich, get back to work it's a darn burger!!! Super upset because I don't have time snap and take it back!!! Not the first time this has happened to me!! They will be getting a bad review tonight! I forgave them the first time now again!!!
Here's a sweat. I ordered my food and went to pay. I decided to add a drink, only to be told by the cashier in rude manner that I already placed my order and can add or change nothing even in the window. there were no cars or lines behind me. they don't see where the problem was. she didn't give me a prescription after I complained. It's a fast food restaurant. There's not much more that needs to be said. They offer typical Chicago customer service, meaning, a young staff that's poorly trained with very few problem solving skills. Food is decent when the order is correct. They're not bad but at the same time they don't exactly stand out from the rest either.
My food was cold and nasty as hell. Workers are too young and immature. They smoke weed at this place as well. Customer service is very poor . I’m never eating here again. This Wendy’s needs to be shut down asap. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don’t go there.

Service was trash asked for blck ice coffee with cream and sugar on the side didnt get my creamer so when i asked i got attitude and when i asked for sugar they rudely just said over there never going to this location again Book a table now
