When I received my sandwich, it contained two types of cheese: American and what looked like mayonnaise-covered Swiss cheese. I turned back around because I didn’t want that cheese at all. it took 5 minutes until the guy asks us about our order, it took 20 more to get into the window. 3 employees who were standing in 2 youngs with their airpods, while the other person who looked like the manager she was the only one who cooks the food. we told one of us that our order was wrong and he tried to tell the other workers that we never ordered the Burger level with only cheese/bascon and Baconatorries. he repeated the job when we placed it. Now we waited longer and this caused the guy in the car behind us to get out and ask her what's going on since he's been sleeping and it cost more money. the manager told him we're trying to go as fast as possible, but as if these two youngs don'...
I am today at the corner of e. iliff ave and s buckley rd in aurora, co. I had to wait almost 45 minutes after I had ordered my food to even get into the window. when I was in the window, it took almost 10 minutes to get my food. while we sat in the window, this young man sat on his phone on the theke of all places. when I arrived at home (less than 5 minutes drive) I sat down to eat and my whole meal was soggy and cold. I had a problem with this wendy’s once before, but thought it was a fuke. I am very disappointed at how the workers are behaving and the quality of eating. I will not return to this wendys ever.
The drive-thru was closed, and there were no cashiers at the front. The entire staff was busy working in the kitchen. If you paid your employees better, you could have enough staff and wouldn’t lose customers who come in only to leave without ordering. I waited because I had the time, but it was quite frustrating. To top it off, the employees were shouting at each other. You couldn't pay me $30 an hour to work in those conditions. If you treat your employees better, you might not have so many people quitting. You know, or frequent visitors should, Wendy's is traditionally slow; however, lately fast food is living up to its name.One day a bar and grill takes over 30 minutes to make 8 wings, another it's Applebee's taking over 20 minutes to make 5 bread sticks and Alfredo sauce then removing the ability to post a review.The food at this particular Wendy's has always been made to my exact specifications and never had to speak to the manager.
The drive-thru was closed, and the inside was packed. Staff told customers who wanted to pay with cash to leave. Many people left, and it was frustratingly slow. They got my order wrong, but I decided to leave rather than wait another 30 minutes for a cold burger and icy fries, just to toss them later. I don't think I'll be returning. I would rate this experience 0 stars.
Hands down the worst food ever. Nuggets are so bad that I have to spit them out, sandwich is awful couldn’t eat more than a bite I was so hungry only could eat stale fries. They gave no sauces when I clearly asked for some. Ohh btw make sure to order some napkins as well cause they clearly expect you to eat you drive thru without any.
Waited in line for over 35 minutes due to the staff letting customers know that they are short staffed. And even after me being patient. “I get the wrong order” while the guy at the window packs my order running his mouth to coworker talking about unrelated gossip! it had to learn many gymnasiums. that was cold. the lines were secured. do not know the meaning of almost food. I don't care if younger, but no team leads that experience. eating was good earlier, finding better places to go.
