I arrived at this Wendy's location around 9:20 AM and tried to open the door. After waiting for over 10 minutes, someone inside finally pointed me to another door, even though the sign says they open at 9:00 AM. When I went to the other door, it was locked. As I was about to leave and head to my car, an employee finally opened the door and asked if I wanted to come in. There was no initial effort to let me in, which was frustrating. The lobby here is never open on time; it’s supposed to open at 9:00 AM but usually opens around 9:15 or 9:30. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you’re not going to open at the posted time, please update the hours. Also, don’t keep redirecting...
i paid $22.00 and i order the baconator big combo and the service was terrible also the hamburger its not what the picture and value for my money is. i deserve a bigger hamburger they give me a 10oz burger and cup full of ice idid not order i ordered withsoda what they give is a zip only. thats not fair. other places serve 8times this amount. ill never eat here again in my life,sorry wendys no stars for you zero.
The burgers were amazing. However, I had a hard time using the drink machine. The restaurant was freezing, and I don't usually feel the cold. Our food got cold quickly. It would have been nice to have outdoor seating. We had to eat fast, and even when we tried to walk around, it was still chilly everywhere.
Can?t use survey coupon on back of receipt for buy 1 sandwich and get one free unless the manager is there. The survey gives you a 5 digit code but the cash register ask for a 6 digit code. Only the manager knows how to work around it. Manager notthere you can?t use the survey coupon.

This Wendy's is the least refined major chain restaurant I've visited in decades. The food and service are decent, or slightly above average. The best part of this location is the soda machine, which offers a wide variety of flavors—definitely worth the visit for that alone.
For the quality, you can't beat their prices. And the $5 Biggie Bag is a great, affordable anytime meal. I appreciate that their drive-thru is open later than most as well. But don't go without treating yourself to a signature chocolate frosty! Hands downmy favorite!
I enjoy taking my grandkids to grab their biggie bags; they offer fantastic value! The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly, and I haven't had any problems with my orders yet.
