I ordered the 2 for 5 n a large sprite, it rang up to $8 n some change n I thought that they must have raised their price on drinks, seems a little steep. But when the lady handed me my bag of food n said have a nice night I told her I ordered a sprite too, without hesitation she poured it up n apologized n I was on my way. When I got home and opened the bag I realized the confusion, there was a large FRY in the bag. Which I guess would be cool if you like fries, I don 't.they really should get one of those little screen things like some other locations have that shows your order before you pull away from the box to avoid this kind of issue.
I visited the restaurant to relax and enjoy a meal but found it quite busy with drive-through orders. I stood at the counter for about 4 or 5 minutes while two employees walked by, assuring me that someone would assist me shortly. Eventually, I placed my order for a burger combo with small fries, which was very good, along with a medium strawberry Frosty. Unfortunately, the Frosty didn’t taste like strawberry at all. It was cold and refreshing, but I can only give it one star for flavor. I’m also giving one star for service during this visit. However, I’m willing to give the place another chance in the future.
This restaurant seems to have a staff that really struggles with efficiency. During the lunch rush, I can't understand why there was only one cashier, who was then taken off to bag orders instead of helping customers. The place was packed, both inside and in the drive-thru, yet the staff acted as if everything was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, they got my straightforward order wrong and made me wait over 30 minutes. Very disappointing experience.
Wendy's has the best breakfast of any fast food restaurant in town. The West Kearney Wendy's is fast, workers are courteous friendly AND THE SAUSAGE EGG CHEESE BISCUIT IS THE BEST !!! Their biscuits are huge their eggs are fried. Biscuits gravy are delicious. I'm a new Wendy's customer, but I will definitely be a customer of this Wendy's for a long time. ANYBODY THAT HASN'T TRIED BREAKFAST AT WENDY'S IS MISSING OUT.

The plasters where old and warm, not hot as they should be. I ordered 2 double-burger meals to my order, they didn't want time there and either make a fresh patty or all 4 fresh. They told us they had only 3 big patties, so my number one couldn't be double. They had enough time to freshen the pattys they just didn't want. Let's not go back to this sweetie.
I went in and ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Combo for breakfast, but they got my order wrong. Instead, I received a Chicken Sandwich that was so overcooked and dried out that I couldn't eat it without risking choking.
I just wanted to make a real scream out of the night team tonight. our author was amazing to handle a double order and included for as much as our order, they were very efficient to get our order out. good work!
One of the best run Wendy's I have been to. Fast drive thru, accurate orders and friendly, efficient employees. Get here as fast as you can.! !
