During my recent trip to the United States, I visited Wendy's multiple times, but I was deeply disappointed with the behavior of the management. On the last day of my stay, my sister and I used the self-service kiosk to place our order. Although the payment went through successfully and was promptly deducted from my account, we did not receive a receipt or an order number. When we approached the managers to discuss this issue, we were met with surprising rudeness and a lack of understanding. Their attitude seemed to imply that they thought we were trying to pull a fast one on them. They told us that the transaction was pending and assured us that we would receive a refund within a few days....

The food was average and not worth the price. Every employee I've encountered at this location seems unhappy. They have been consistently rude, making me feel like I was bothering them simply by being there. Each time I've gone through the drive-thru, they've closed the window while I was still speaking. Asking for sauce or a straw seems like a huge inconvenience to them. I can't believe I wasn't clear enough when ordering, even though I did ask for sauce twice. And requesting a straw? Apparently, that's a huge issue, too. Next time, I guess I'll just drink from the cup without a straw to avoid putting them out. It’s clear that these employees could use some training on customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude, and I overheard some migrants calling me racist names in Spanish. The manager didn’t take any action to address the situation. I spent a lot of money, but the service was terrible, and the staff didn’t speak English either. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
