I arrived at this Wendy 's to place a quick order as I was traveling from out of town. I decided to use the drive-thru as, usually, the drive-thru is quick and easy, and this particular time, I did not notice a ton of cars in the parking lot. As Iarrived at the intercom to place my order, it took about 3 minutes for the staff to take my order. Very clean restaurant and fast moving lines. Had a salad and the Arugula was on the edge of the floor, so it tastes funny, but it is a one-time thing most likely. The salad lid didn't fit into the box, so I couldn't save left remnants. All the other food was great, so we're toys for the kids. Line for the bathroom can be quite long since the bathrooms are a person/family style. Ice machine was broken, but they quickly got a solution so people could get ice. Modern restaurant, I wish I could have sit down and stayed a bit on the comfortable chairs.
They were a bit slower than the locations in Jackson and Ridgeland, but I think they have a shortage of employees so I don't mind. The food was great (as usual) so it was definitely worth it and I honestly had nothing to slow down for a few extra minutes. The staff in the windows were friendly so that is always an A. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a little food on the street or a job as they stand.

Well long story short worst experience I ever! It’s bad when you order food and don’t get it. The kicker I was the only person in line! One of the worst experiences I have experienced in a long long time! Had to ask for ice!! Ridiculous
Drive thru is very friendly and professional. They'll get your order right and make sure to ask if anything else is needed. Fast service even during lunch rush.
Ordered a 4 for 4 and an extra four piece nuggets and ended up paying for someone else’s online order of 26.65. Never got a refund or nothing.
