I was told that my food would take around 6 minutes to arrive, and that was perfectly fine with me. However, after I paid, Latisha generously offered my husband and me complimentary drinks to compensate for the wait! She was absolutely lovely! Thank you for the outstanding customer service. If she isn't the manager, she certainly deserves to be!
The gentleman who took our order was friendly and pleasant. I ordered the pretzel pub burger but ended up receiving, and being charged for, a triple burger. I checked the menu afterwards, and a triple is not the usual option. The fries were lukewarm. I wouldn't return to this location. However, the spicy chicken meal was hot and tasty.
1. What does he think I’m doing in the restaurant? 2. The whole point of a delivery service is to ensure that orders are ready for pickup. 3. There was a mobile order shelf that could have been used, but it wasn't. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that wasted both my time and that of the customers behind me.
I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. When I finally got to the menu board to place my order, I was told that their system was down and it would take a few minutes to fix. After waiting for another 15 to 20 minutes without anyone taking my order or giving me updates, I decided to leave. Book a table now
