I really like Wendy's, but this particular location was disappointing. We were welcomed when we walked in, which was nice. However, after placing our order at the kiosk, we encountered a woman at the counter who seemed to completely ignore us while we waited for our food. She appeared to have an attitude and didn’t acknowledge us until our food was ready. We placed two small orders, and both were incorrect. It's surprising because I thought being inside would ensure everything was right, but that wasn’t the case. Overall, it was not a good experience—never again!
Went though here this morning for breakfast. I kept getting cut off before my order was done. Additionally, I asked for a side of bacon. I told them 3 pieces was fine. I got 3 2-inch scraps of bacon. They charged me $1.60. What a rip off. They also forgot every sauce/condiment. Only giving an extra star because the food was hot and tasted good.
Recently went to a Wendy's with my family. The counter guy c9mes around the corner with food on his face. He was clearing his mouth of food and wiping his mouth and beard with his hands. Didn't wlec9me us. He just said what can I get for you. The same guy packed our food and made out frostys without washing his hands. Just nasty and unsanitary
Best Wendys around 5 service! ~Just don't go after 8:30pm~ so that the staff can out on time, because by short staff they need to close at 9am and the line is long for late dinner rush! Please be patiently loving this place and the staff is always there! I always get all the foods I order without even having to double check the bag

Update 2022 Part 3: I was all set to write another disappointing review when something magical happened. I think my order of Baconator Fries had more bacon than fries! It was like diving into a bowl of pure deliciousness! I can't believe it, Wendy— you really got me this time! Joshua: 2, Wendy: 1. Looking forward to the next visit!
I had to go up several times to get what we ordered. They consistently got the size of the frosty wrong for my granddaughter. The burger tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. I probably won't be returning here.
Despite the Orwellic hell that works fast in 2022, the staff here always gets our order right and is super friendly. You should definitely apply to some local restaurants and pay what they are worth!
Me. My daughter and my wonderful grandbabiez had decided a fantastic day to stop at Wendy for something to eat and we sat and ate there and just spoke and had a wonderful time!
