On 04/24/2022 at 9:00, the food at this fast food restaurant was decent. However, the employees seemed to lack proper training. It appeared as though they were either poorly trained or grew up in a society where rudeness is acceptable. The first incident occurred when my friend ordered our meal and I went to get a drink. The man working there greeted me by saying, "Are you okay, sir? Okay, from what?" It seemed like he couldn't remember me, even though we went to school together. He then made a strange comment about me being in a luxury car. Another female employee apologized, but then called me "real life Spongebob Squarepants." I used to believe that this fast food chain was more unique and had better customer service compared to other popular brands. However, my recent visits have left me feeling more and more disappointed, especially with this location. Yesterday afternoon, I stopped by to pick up an online order and found the dining area nearly empty and unwelcoming. The woman who appeared to be the manager at the register did not acknowledge me or say hello, and the rest of the staff seemed to just stand in the background like silent robots. It seemed as though they were expecting to be served rather than serve hungry customers. I ultimately decided to walk out and cancel my order.
I recently tried the Apple Pecan Salad at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious and filling. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed this salad. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and there was a generous portion of it. The sliced apples, dried cranberries, goat cheese, and crisp lettuce all came together to create a fantastic combination. I won't wait as long to order this salad again in the future.
I really loved the hot honey chicken sandwich at this restaurant. The bacon dishes here are also very tasty. I was happy to see that they offer both regular and spicy chicken nuggets, with the option to choose from barbecue sauce, ranch, sweet and sour, or honey mustard for dipping. I recently tried the Apple Pecan Salad and I am hooked! This salad is delicious with its crisp lettuces and apples, chunks of chicken, lightly candied pecan pieces and generous amount of blue cheese. The signature pomegranate dressing is a vinaigrette thats perfectly paired. My taste buds are very happy.
This restaurant is charging too much for the amount of food you receive. I ordered 1 burger with upgraded fries and 1 drink, as well as the Large Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger Combo for $16+. You are better off getting the biggie bag instead. Overall, it is not worth the price.
This Wendy's location is quite hard to find. The interior is a decent size. The food was average for fast food. The chicken sandwich was very plain and it seemed like they didn't put much effort into preparing it.
I'm sad to say inside the restaurant is not clean at all tables were dirty, Flys are everywhere even on the toilets. It made it uncomfortable to eat there. Please fix the fly problem!! Book a table now
We love the food..it was late so we just went for Frostys and the guy was rude...2nd time. Maybe they should put someone a little more kind in the drive through.
