During my visit to the restaurant, I had a mixed experience with the service. I initially received great service from a young man of Latino descent who refilled our drinks promptly and served us our food with a smile. However, when I went back for refills, I encountered a young lady of Asian descent who seemed confused about the drink options. She informed me that they did not offer refills on the lemonade, which contradicted what the previous server had told me. The fries were burnt but cold inside. My chicken sandwich was cold and not cook properly. Between the breaded and the meat was a yellow layer and cold. Either they were serving old food to get rid of old inventory or they just don't care about the customers or the quality of the food. I just hope I don't get sick from the little that I ate.... the Root Beer was Great... if that counts for anything.
I eat at Windys five times a week. I love their biscuits and gravy. Went to IHOP, and ordered biscuits and gravy. What a dis-appointment. Gravy was watered down and no taste at all. I order mostly Dave's Single Burger, and biscuits and gravy. The food is fresh and the counter folks are so nice and polite. I love Windys!!
The young workers are messy/disheveled, and they don't wear gloves. I was hesitant to grab my food from them after I paid. When I got home, I found a hair in my salad ? I think I'm done with fast food in general.

I decided to skip the drive thu line and went inside to order my food. The staff was fast and accurate on my order, and everything was freshly made. Excellent service and the food never disappoints.
The restaurant isn't too bad. It's right next to me, so I decided to go to Wendy's. The customer service is pretty good and the prices are reasonable. The food also seems fresh.
it is a hit or miss at this place. Sometimes everything is good and they get her to eat at a decent time or they wait for 20 minutes on the journey through.
Wendy's is always fresh and juicy. They're recently New seasoned Wedges are a hit. My Family loves, plus the Maple Chicken ? Biscuits. Yummy ?Try it?
