My siblings and I went up for breakfast, as we were ordering she was rushing and being very dismissive. Then she was like “hold on” and we waited about a minute, then we had to repeat our order twice and she had a rude tone. Then we were told to pull to the side door. We waited and when our order arrived my brother saw the top food my French toast sticks on the top with a red hair that looks like it was purposely placed, we’re all brunette. Then he went inside and they were very rude as well, then they started making fun of my brother in the back yelling “this ain’t no red hair” etc. never again.,worst customer service ever I’ll never get breakfast from Wendy’s again because of this experien...
I experienced the worst customer service I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Whoever Lamonte is—who is definitely not the manager—got extremely angry when I politely asked to speak with a manager. He initially claimed to be the manager, but then said I couldn't speak with one and hung up on me. I only wanted to correct my order, but instead, he left with an attitude that reflected poorly on both himself and the restaurant. If I were you, I would recommend going to the Wendy's on Goddard instead; they are always polite and ensure your orders are accurate and fresh.
Food was actually really fresh and tasty. Fries are good... Servers are friendly, polite and helpful. They get your order right and quickly. Only thing that was bad was some of the fanta flavors in the gimmicky multi flavor coke fountain machine was empty.
The employee who assisted me at the drive-thru today was incredibly polite and respectful. I believe the staff deserves a pizza party for their excellent service!
