It took the staff nearly 10 minutes to bring our food out. They asked us to pull up and wait, but it took a long time. The food was good, but they did not have cheese sauce available. I used to work at Wendy's as a manager and we always had cheese sauce ready by this time in the morning, it's 9:30 am. Additionally, the girl who served us smelled strongly of marijuana, which made me uncomfortable with my two young children in the car asking about the smell. I was also annoyed when the girl kept asking "anything else?" multiple times while we were trying to decide what to order for my son. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the experience.
The manager at this restaurant was the rudest person I have ever encountered in an almost empty restaurant. Her attitude was so unpleasant that I decided not to order any food. If she is unhappy with her job, she should find a new one, regardless of her name. I have seven years of experience as a general manager at Pizza Hut and three years as a general manager at Burger King, so I know there is no excuse for such terrible behavior.
Absolutely ridiculous. I understand they work with door dash and ultimately it would be the dashers fault that I didn’t receive my order but in no way did management at this store try to help. 9 pm and all I wanted was my food or to get my money back. Management dismissed me and I had to go back and forth between door dash and Wendy’s because no one knew what to do apparently. Very unhappy end will not order from here again.
came inside to order and the dame in the front was all the time while I had my order and I had to repeat my order several times because she was on her phone. very unprofessional customer service. do not recommend.

Good combos new renovation the best salad my wife has eaten at a fast food joint! Still got 4 for 4 for the kids!
I always have a great meal at this restaurant. Seriously, you should try the baked potato... it's delicious.
