After waiting at the drive through line for 15 minutes, I ended up getting to McDonald’s. The employee on the intercom taking the order barely understand what I am saying repeat the order multiple times and way before that, I remember getting my food the wrong way when I came home. I call the store to let know what is happening and the manager was very rude and unprofessional the way he was speaking. If I want or my family wants Wendy’s, we go somewhere else not this restaurant at this location ever again.
I wouldn't recommend this place based on the customer service alone - it was extremely rude. I arrived early for a hamburger and when I asked, the woman I spoke with was dismissive and sarcastic, asking "What do you think, lol?" It was a simple question and didn't warrant such a rude response. When I tried speaking to another manager, she just laughed it off. It was clear that there was a lack of professionalism in how they handled the situation.
I recently visited Wendy's and was able to pay with Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. However, when my friend asked if we could pay with cash because we had just come from the water park, the employee informed us that they did not have any cash on hand. The employee then went to get the manager, who was not very understanding and eventually directed us to go to Zaxby's instead due to the bad service we received.
The dining experience at this place is consistent with other locations, thanks to the employees. I visit here every morning and they already know my order before I even arrive, and are always so friendly!

I just waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for two 4 for 4s I couldn't leave because I already paid terrible service employees hanging out in the front of the building
a frosty and a heel flock ordered. the heelflake was 4 stars (if it was not so expensive, it could have been 5). the frost was delicious, but only about 3/4 full.
Whoever works the drive-thru is the helmet wearing type. Can’t get an order right, can’t understand what he says and he probably can’t read. Get someone else!
The last few times we've been here the Frosty's we're very runny. Most Frosty's at other locations are super thick and cold.
