Every Wendy's I have been to has had terrible service. It seems like they hire young, inexperienced staff who lack knowledge of proper customer service and professionalism. I am a straightforward and easygoing customer, but even when I am nice to them, they seem indifferent. They still have the potential to improve.
The young staff at this restaurant are not very welcoming or polite. They did not greet me or thank me, and when I asked for help, they simply said yes without offering any assistance. It is clear that they have not been trained well in customer service. I will not be returning to this establishment.
This is a clean Wendy's in a very convenient location. I went to see the trains and Seabrook station and stopped here for lunch. It is a good Wendy's with good customer service and I love to get burgers from here. The restaurant was a bit empty when I went there but I'm sure they improved by now.
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible, as no one greeted us or made us feel welcome. There was a female worker with a dark complexion who seemed uninterested in being there. The service was also slow when we tried to place our order in the drive-thru. Book a table now
I have the least idea. workers were very unprofessional. the personal had no gloves, the food and the registern treated. the bathroom had no soap. there were no hand sanitizer dispensers in sight. I had to ask a worker to add to the donation in the bathroom and not yet. never again!
man, I had a tast for wendys and that was good. the personal was even friend at midnight. eating was good, only my pommes were moderate, but everything was great.
the evaluation comes at this place. the problem is that they constantly screw up my order. I'm not a very fussy person, but I want French pommes.
long line, it’s 12:30 and you don’t have chili heated OR know how long it’s going to take ?? then take forever with it. ridiculous. Book a table now
