This restaurant doesn't serve haute cuisine, but it's perfect for a family meal. My Gammon, egg, and chips were delicious and straightforward. My husband's turkey pie was tasty and satisfying. The kids' lasagne was a bit too cheesy and greasy, but still enjoyable once we removed some of the excess cheese. The staff were all friendly and efficient, with the chef working hard to deliver a varied menu. After a long drive, this was just what we needed. We opted for a more expensive meal at the White Hart Inn the next night. Overall, a good experience.

This place is okay but definitely does not deserve its current 4.5 star rating on this site. I suspect the Pantry buys in most of its food already cooked and is then heated up on order. I saw very little cooking taking place in the kitten. The BBQ ribs that I had looked very pale. It just needed someone to put it under a grill for a few minutes to give the ribs some colour and flavour.

While the exterior may not be very attractive, this restaurant serves the best breakfast around. Each dish is made to order with high-quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. The portions are generous and the flavor is outstanding. An added bonus is that they provide hot water to refill your teapot, which is a rare find. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly.

Food was great, we went a couple of times whilst we were staying in a nearby holiday park. Family of 4 everyone cleared their plates. The menu has a very wide range on it, but it’s still quick service. It’s a bit of a “no frills” but the foods good and that’s all that matters to me. They also have a licensed bar for alcoholic drinks. Staff also very efficient. Book a table now

Drawn in by the extensive menu and not disappointed. The restaurant is upstairs and you have to order from the counter and collect your own cutlery. The food was good and well priced. We had one full meal and one half portion which gave us room for the delicious local ice cream for dessert.

Fantastic place. Perfect food after a busy day. Huge variety of home cooked food. Beautiful desserts. Kids meals very generous, ours had gammon and spag bol which was tasty. We had pie and a roast which were to die for. We come here every time!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My wife and I called in after perusing around the market. The room was clean and well decorated, the staff were friendly and helpful but most of all the food was excellent. We both had steak pie followed by white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake which was to die for.

I don't often gush, but I recently tried the half lamb roast dinner from the specials menu and it was deliciously fresh and flavorful. I found it to be great value for the price of £9.
