My wife placed an order on November 19, 2023, around 2:30 pm for a small Hawaiian Wings and 30 mild wings. When we got home, we discovered the 30 wings were plain instead of mild. My wife called and spoke to Cruz, who said we’d have to return the order for a refund or replacement. I went back to the restaurant, expecting a simple solution to keep us satisfied, but instead faced refusal, shouting, and was eventually directed to a manager. This is only the second negative review I've ever written for a business. I placed an online order at 8:26 and was told to pick it up within 16 to 21 minutes. Everyone else was able to collect their orders except for me. The cashier only offered an apology and blamed me for choosing the Hot Honey Rub Wings, explaining that they were still making the sauce. This left me wondering if they were making it from scratch or if they were harvesting honey from trees. Now it's 9:29 PM, and I'm still waiting for my order. Update: I finally received my order at 9:35 PM.
Wingstop gets very busy on weekends and Fridays. Even if you place an online order for four hours later and arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, you might still end up waiting another 30 minutes. On weekdays, the wait time with an online order is usually about 10 extra minutes. I feel for the staff because they’re clearly working hard, but it’s surprising they don’t have more help or a better system to manage the high volume of orders.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service. I waited for half an hour and noticed that the three employees were prioritizing serving other customers who were of the same ethnic background, while ignoring people from different cultures who had arrived earlier. Additionally, the fries looked burnt and tasted overly salty.

horrible customer service. constantly ignoring order updates and very disrespectful towards customers. each order takes at least 30 minutes minimum to get out and never count out the possibility of your order not even getting sent out. ridiculous
The customer service was unprofessional. Although their website stated they open at 11 am, when I arrived, the store was still closed and they were still setting up. The cashier, a petite young woman, was also rude to customers.
Employees ignore everyone at the pickup/order ahead sign. Then why is there a (pickup/order ahead sign !!! Ratchet, unorganized, this store needs a manager or fire the current manger. Embarrassing
take super long to make orders almost an hour… they messed up on my order after waiting for that long EVERYTHING AND THE SAUCE WAS SPILLED. Literally just throw whatever was made put it out.

These people really took 35 minutes to give me my food that was just sitting there. Waste of time and the workers are definitely not customer service friendly.
The hot wings and fries were ready for us when we picked up our food, giving us ample time to savor our lunch.
