The management at this restaurant definitely needs to improve. I waited for 35 minutes for my order and started to wonder what was taking so long. When I inquired about it, I was told that my order had been mistakenly given to someone else because they hadn't double-checked properly and had also gotten my name wrong. To top it off, they asked me to wait another 15 minutes. What is going on here?
I usually don't go here, in the past I've had their sauced wings and oh boy they are just drowned in it but recently they have a 20 for 20 so came back today. It's upto the person but their dry rub wings for this price is pretty dang good. Won't say they're better then other stores but for the value is worth it for sure. The wings and fries at this restaurant were quite enjoyable. The potato salad was merely passable. The teriyaki wings had great flavor, but the teriyaki glaze was a bit overwhelming and tasted artificial. In contrast, the Cajun wings were excellent, and I have no complaints about them.
I appreciate that this restaurant offers the option for all flat dishes and that they only fry the food once an order is placed. However, this might not be the best choice for those who expect prompt service or have a sense of entitlement.
Both bone-in and boneless wings are offered! Our orders were accurate, and the wings came out hot and packed with flavor. The service was outstanding! Jessica at the counter was incredibly helpful.
The best rooftop restaurant I've ever visited! Our server, Bryan P, was amazing—extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. He suggested his favorite dishes, and I truly enjoyed every one of them.
